With new guidance from the USDOJ on reasonable accommodation under Americans with Disabilities Act and how it relates to Fair Housing law recently posted I felt that this would be a good time to out out some helpful links to content to help us all through this often bewildering subject;
New DOJ Guidance: http://www.ada.gov/
or http://www.usdoj.gov/fairhousing
The New Freedom Initiative’s Site: http://www.disabilityinfo.gov/digov-public/public/DisplayPage.do?parentFolderId=219
The office of the California State Architect: http://www.dsa.dgs.ca.gov/Access/
Here you can find the current Title 24 code for the implementation of these laws and conditions that are specific to the State of California.

I hope your blog is a success. If not not successful, at least informative to some of us who really would like to ask and receive straight forward answers and/or opinions. And knowing you as you have helped us look at some pressing issues, I truly apprciate your sincerity, knowledge and humor as you have help us to look at some of our nagging issues…
Good luck
